As creamy as can be, this mushroom sauce is a sweet blend of button mushrooms and broken ceps, spiced with a hint of Port. Practical, it is available in small blocks as a fair dosage of flavours, which will give delicacy to a veal cutlets, steak, andouillette or simple white rice.
