The chamomile flower is celebrated for its calming taste and is often drunk at bedtime. But sadly, most chamomile teas are made by crushing the flowers (ouch!). The best chamomile tea comes from brewing the whole flowers - which is exactly what we do. This ensures that none of their subtle, magical flavour is lost.Good to know- We only use big, quality, whole leaves.No dust. Big leaf = Big flavour.
