FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING Natoora Flat White Peaches - We begin the season sourcing these direct from Jose, in Murcia, Spain. Later on we move to a grower just outside Lleida, in the Catalonian region of north-eastern Spain. - They thin the fruit on the branches early in the season to allow the remaining peaches to absorb a higher concentration of nutrients and energy. - Most peaches are picked underripe for ease of transport; our growers leaves their fruit to mature fully on the tree so that it can absorb the maximum nutritional value and concentration of sugars from the tree. - Sourced during their natural season of June to September. Take it further - Halved, destoned and grilled. Serve with creme fraiche and mint. - Cut into chunks, served with burrata and basil. Our packaging is plastic-free - We have developed our own revolutionary packaging which is entirely plastic-free and home disposable. Each of our recyclable cardboard punnets is flow-wrapped with home-compostable film which, unlike traditional plastic flow-wrap, disintegrates within 180 days. Dispose of the blue punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin.
