No piece of cakeOur corn cakes are popped then topped with the highest quality Italian chocolate. To make the cakes, we take whole corn kernels, salt & oil [nothing else] and pop them under pressure to create light & crunchy discs.To ensure a thick & even coating we float the cakes in melted chocolate before air drying; for the perfect bite, every time.Note: A pale "bloom" may appear on the surface of the chocolate if it has melted. This in no way harms the product.
