Our new cooking pastes have concentrated the great flavours of our cook sauces into versatile pastes. This Mexican paste is based on the dish "Chicken Tinga' a classic shredded chicken dish originally from the state of Puebla. It has a smoky flavour with just enough heat from the chipotle married with sweet tomatoes to make it a real crowd pleaser.
