Serve with asparagus, spinach, sultanas and ricotta sauce for an authentic Italian taste or pair with hearty tomato-based sauces and your favourite type of meat. Barilla Orecchiette, cooks in just 12 minutes. Simply bring water to a boil in a large pot then add the Orecchiette along with a generous pinch of sea salt to enhance the pasta's flavour. For authentic ""al dente"" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 12 minutes. For pasta that's more tender, boil for an additional minute. Drain well and serve immediately with your favourite Barilla sauce.
