Salnès valley in Rías Baixas is famous for its mineral rich soils, cool Atlantic breezes and bright sunshine. Here the grapes grow high up on trellised pergolas where they enjoy the perfect conditions for ripening Albariño. With notes of salted limes, elderflower, and grilled nectarines, a small portion of wine aged in oak barrels and concrete eggs was then blended in for added texture and body. The result is a wine that is beautifully balanced with a zesty, mineral finish.
